These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of valora.markets (the "Service"), operated by Collins Isabirye ("Valora", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Valora is a virtual, entertainment-only game in which users trade simulated shares ("units") in internet creators and stake virtual currency on outcomes ("Clashes"). All currency, balances, prices, and holdings are virtual and have no monetary value. No real money is involved, and nothing on Valora is real financial, investment, or trading advice.
Valora uses YouTube API Services. By using Valora, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of information obtained via YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Creator names, images, and public statistics are used for identification and commentary within a virtual game and remain the property of their respective owners. Valora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any creator featured. If you are a creator and wish to be removed, contact us at the email below and we will remove your market.
You agree not to abuse, manipulate, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valora and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
