Valora uses YouTube API Services to discover creators and display publicly available channel information. By using Valora, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of data obtained through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

• Public YouTube data (via YouTube API Services): channel names, thumbnails, subscriber counts, view counts, and related public channel metadata.
• Account information: when you sign in (via our authentication provider, Clerk), we receive your email address and a username.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, browser/device information, and similar analytics data.
• Cookies and local storage: we and our service providers store and access cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on your device.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the Service: to display creator markets, run the virtual trading simulation, personalize your experience, provide AI features, measure and improve product performance, and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), PostHog (product analytics), and Anthropic (AI features). These parties process data only to provide their services to us. We may also allow third parties to serve content within the Service, including advertisements. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Valora and its third-party providers place, access, and recognize cookies and similar technologies on your device or browser to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data obtained through YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted in accordance with YouTube's policies, and stored authorized data is not retained for more than 30 days unless refreshed. You may request deletion of your Valora account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

You can revoke Valora's access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections.

7. Children's Privacy

Valora is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
